I began my journey at DLL as a Front-End Developer & Visual Specialist in Digital Marketing. Here, I honed my skills in crafting compelling email designs and user experiences, translating research insights into code for significant improvements in user engagement and conversion rates.

Transitioning to an Art Director, for the Global Brand Marketing team, I spearheaded cross-functional collaboration across teams, developing innovative brand strategies and comprehensive visual guidelines. This resulted in a 50% brand awareness boost and a 50% reduction in revision cycles through clear creative direction.

In my current role as Visual Director, for Regional Marketing, Americas, I have taken a leadership position, managing the design needs for over 75 projects in a quarter while maintaining impeccable quality and delivery times. I spearheaded a data-driven review of design assets, delivering a cohesive user experience across 9 Americas markets in a single quarter, accelerating website evolution.

Project: Vision Expo West: DLL Express Finance Portal App Promotional Video

Role: Art Director & Filmmaker

Challenge: Vision Expo is a key event for DLL, a company offering over $500 million in ophthalmic equipment financing solutions. To promote their new Express Finance app, DLL needed a captivating video that would resonate with attendees and drive app adoption.

Solution: I conceptualized and created a promotional video showcasing the benefits of DLL's Express Finance Portal app. The video features a dynamic interview with DLL’s New Business Development Manager, highlighting the ease and efficiency of the app for attendees seeking equipment financing.

Result: The video encourages viewers to visit the DLL booth at Vision West Expo and download the Express Finance Portal app. The video was a success, generating significant interest at the booth and leading to over 50% in app downloads.

SALES STRATEGIES

Project: Sales Strategies Video Series - Increase your sales potential

Collaboration: Worked closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Featured Program Manager for Health and Medical to develop the concept.

Challenge: The "#SalesStrategies," video series tackles the challenges faced by B2B sales leaders. Each episode explores a real-world scenario and offers practical sales strategies to overcome them. This specific episode focuses on leveraging payment plans with upgrade paths to increase sales potential.

Objectives:

  1. Educate B2B sales leaders on the benefits of offering payment plans with upgrade paths.
