Ideation
Research and usability testing paved the way for a dynamic ideation phase. I explored various concepts, and one of my initial explorations for the revised email template is on the left.
Iteration
The initial prototype proved to be a valuable springboard. I embraced a dynamic concept to ensure responsiveness, but encountered challenges in bridging the gap between email code and landing page code. Through extensive usability testing, we identified areas for improvement, including the image header, bulleted content structure, and footer. This feedback led us back to the drawing board for a collaborative refinement process.

Final Prototype
Incorporating valuable insights from my testing group, I finalized the template. This included bolded headlines for enhanced readability in the header, a streamlined single-column layout for the bulleted content, and the removal of the horizontal rule above the headlines for a cleaner look.
